'In our very first instalment of the brand new Starks Naked where we jump into the deepened with James Stark owner and founder of Sarks Fitness. Starks Fitness has a number of brands within the 4 walls of SF HQ. James goes on to talk about how the business has learnt to adapt to gyms closing during the lockdown and how they are planning to keep things safe once they have given the go-ahead.
